Interior Design Branding for elevated Business Growth
Psychology-backed interior design branding for interior designers who want to stand out from the competition and win the right audience
Let’s create an interior design brand identity that speaks volumes to your audience, showcasing your brand values.
Don’t let your audience’s first impression of your interior design business be a flop. You get one chance to make a first impression, and even though you are a designer, designing spaces is much different than designing a brand.
Just like the physical spaces you create, your virtual space must show what makes you unique, what your interior design services offer, and why your audience would be crazy to pass on the opportunity to work with you.
Why is it important for interior designers to have a Brand?
A cohesive brand identity tells your audience what makes you tick and shows them why they should choose YOU over the thousands of other interior designer options available. A solid brand speaks to your audience, creating brand recognition that’s recognizable anywhere.
No two interior designers have the same style and process. Every designer caters to different audiences. To get your dream clients, your brand design must speak to them. Get ready to showcase what you offer, but methodically and psychologically, not salesy and pushy.
You want your brand to match your style, speaking volumes to your potential clients without even speaking to you yet. Your images, color palettes, and word choices should match the feelings your interior design brand invokes.
The Branding Process for Interior Designers
How the uplevel begins
You know the design process well because you design for a living. You understand the importance of creating spaces your clients love that invoke the feelings they desire upon entering a room.
That’s also the gist of interior design branding. Your interior design website, logo, and other marketing materials must create a space your clients love, encouraging them to trust you with their interior design needs.
Check out the most important steps for interior design branding.
step 1
Defining Your Brand Identity
You absolutely must define your brand identity first. Start by determining your niche.
Only marketing for interior design won’t bring in the potential clients that your design elements speak to and want to use your services. You must narrow your niche by design style, mission, beliefs, and process.
When we help with your interior design branding, we help you dream up your target client, give them a persona, and speak to them in your branding. We’ll consider your signature style and how you solve your ideal client’s pain points.
When defining your brand identity, you must also consider your brand’s voice. Understand what makes you different, sets you apart from the competitors, and what makes your interior design business tick.
step 2
Designing Your Visual Brand Guidelines
Designing your visual brand is more than slapping together a logo and a mediocre website. It must speak to your audience through all its elements, including the color palette, typography, images, and textures.
We focus your brand identity on the vision that brings your brand to life for your potential clients. We want your audience to feel comfortable with your services by invoking feelings with your brand design.
When your visual brand identity matches your interior design style, it’s easier for your audience to connect to you and feel like you are the interior designer they MUST HAVE.
step 3
Sending Your Brand Out Into the Wild
After creating your brand, then what?
This is when the magic comes to life. You create a cohesive brand on all marketing materials, including your website, social media channels, emails, signs, banners, business cards, and promotional items.
Think about your favorite brands. Can you recognize them by their color palette, logo, or slogan? That’s what you want – a recognizable brand that your audience connects with instantly upon seeing your color scheme, logos, or other brand design.

Our client experience is different. We get to know your brand identity, what makes it tick, and how it relates to your audience.
Then, we use this information to create your brand, which naturally leads to a website, podcast, and social media design that connects with your audience meaningfully because we design with intention, not templates.
When we get to know your interior designer brand, we get to know you and your audience, too.

What Are the Benefits of an Interior Design Branding Agency Like Bethany Works?
Working with an interior design branding agency like Bethany Works® ensures you’re showcased as the brand designer with the answer to your audience’s needs.
You won’t blend into the background with all your competitors fighting for a position at the top.
Instead, you will stand out because your website won’t be created from a template every other interior designer uses. Your website will put your brand first because I get to know everything there is to know about your brand, beliefs, and what your audience wants.
Just as you should expect from any brand design services, I’ll share the work I’ve done with other interior designers so you can see how your brand will stand out working with me.
Our Framework for Brand Strategy and Design
We know you are not just a business. Your interior design services create a space for your clients that embodies who they are and what they believe. Your interior design business makes a difference, but it’s our job to show the world what you do.
We do things a little differently around here.
We don’t focus on what everyone in the industry does or the technological specs. Instead, we keep our eye on the prize – your brand’s mission and values.
Want to know a secret?
You won’t find our brand design process anywhere else. Not even with our past clients.
Why’s that?
Because we don’t have a cookie-cutter template that we use for each interior designer, each new client is a new job with a fresh perspective. Just like your company doesn’t have the same mission as other interior designers, your brand should not look like theirs, either.
Get ready for us to get to know your business as well as you do—what makes it tick and what your people are like. Then, we can create a brand that attracts your ideal clients.

FAQs
I’ve got you. Here are answers to a few common questions:
How Much Do Interior Design Branding Packages Cost?
I know pricing is important to everyone, and I am fully transparent about my branding package costs.
My website breaks down the pricing for each package, but branding packages start at $3,800 for personal brands and go up to $34,997.99. Remember, interior design branding is an INVESTMENT in your business.
How Long Is the Branding Process?
Because I don’t use templates or the same process for each company, your branding process may take more or less time than others. It depends on how long it takes to get to know your business and its psychology, mission, and values.
The average branding process takes four weeks initially, with a break for brand photos and copywriting to be completed and then another couple of weeks to finalize the website design process.
Is Website Design Included in Branding Packages?
I offer branding packages that include just the branding or options for a branding and website design package. Since all marketing should be cohesive, it’s a good idea to have your branding and website created together to achieve the ultimate conversions, but the choice is yours.
