Best Scheduler and CRM Integrations with Websites

When it comes to your website, your inquiry forms and schedulers are just as important to your client experience as every other part of your website experience. A great way to create even better experiences for your clients is with scheduler and CRM integrations with websites.

As a brand and web designer myself, I personally use these integrations and have used them with countless clients. Not only are they a great way to allow potential customers to get in touch or book time with you directly, but they also make the backend systems in your business much easier and more streamlined.

So, if this is exactly what you are looking for, here are some of the top scheduler and CRM integrations with websites.

Also, this post contains affiliate links. That means I get a small kick-back if you purchase the products or sign up for the platforms linked to below. You can read my privacy policy for more info. Now that’s done- let’s look at my favorite CRM integrations with websites.

CRM Integrations with Websites

When it comes to CRM integrations, there are two major platforms that you are going to see everyone talking about: Honeybook and Dubsado. These are both great platforms for online service providers and give you a ton of flexibility when it comes to building forms for your site as well as other internal business operation automation.

I personally use Dubsado and have worked with clients who use Dubsado. It’s a platform that integrates seamlessly with so many other platforms and you have lots of brand customization options to your client-facing items look amazing. You are able to customize forms, canned emails, and even your proposals by changing the colors fonts, and photos to ensure your forms look and feel the same as the rest of your site.

Honeybook has very similar features and is another great option when it comes to a form builder. Similarly to Dubsado, you are able to customize the look and feel of your form as well as what questions and options you ask on the form. I will say Dubsado is a bit easier for making very custom forms and proposals compared to HoneyBook, you may be more limited by templates, code etc.

Why Use A CRM Form Over a Built-in Form?

Now, you may see all of these different CRMs out there and say to yourself “These are great. But there is a form builder in my website platform so why would I use this?” And that is a great question. When it comes to basically every single website platform, like WordPress, Showit, and Squarespace, they all will have built-in form builders that you can use for free.

However, these forms can sometimes be limiting in what you are actually able to collect and what the form looks like. You don’t want to have an incredible site that looks amazing and then have someone click to your contact page and find a clunky contact form that doesn’t match anything.

And, with some platforms like Showit, you are limited in the types of questions you can ask. For example, with this platform, you can only have free answer questions so you are not able to have any dropdown or multiple select options.

Additionally, setting automations to trigger thank you emails, followups, and even links to book a call can easily be done with a CRM vs the built-in on your website. Could you try to make a lead automation with Zap and your email marketing platform? Sure. But it will be a LOT more work, and more challenging to track your leads.

CRMs can also help to ensure that your emails not only have a better chance of landing in someone’s inbox (and not their spam folder) but also that you don’t get any unwanted messages.

Site built contact forms are susceptible to tons of spam which can be frustrating and wasteful on your end. So having a CRM to limit that spam while also making sure your emails land where they need to be is just one more thing checked off of your to-do list.

Ultimately, using the form is going to make your site feel more uniform and look more professional. Plus, the inquiries will also be added to your CRM automatically meaning that setting up proposals, contracts, and invoices is going to be easier and less time-consuming for you.

Scheduler Integrations on Websites

Contact forms aren’t the only thing you can integrate that will create a better client experience and make your life easier. Adding a scheduler integration into your site can streamline your processes and allow your clients to book times on your schedule faster and right when they are ready.

When it comes to schedulers, there are a ton of different options out there. One of my clients, Golden Hour Esthetics, uses Vagaro’s integration to have an appointment scheduler that is easy and quick to access. With just a single click, clients are able to see information about all of the different services and book their treatment.

Meraki Collective uses Acuity to schedule their appointments right on Squarespace. Instead of a contact form or a link to an external site, people are able to see all of the available appointments and book their own right on the contact page.

Honey & Comb, uses Gloss Genius for their clients to book their appointments. Not only does this integration allow them to book appointments, but they can also put portfolio images, information about the studio, and additional contact information right on the page as well!

Finally, there is the one that most people will know, which is Calendly. This is the option that my clients SpirtEd Adventures and WealthChoice use on their sites. This allows their clients to book discovery or consultation calls right on the spot.

You may also find that your CRM also has scheduler functions built right in (which make everything even easier for you). Dubsado, for example, has a scheduler function that allows to you integrate calendars right on your website in addition to all of the amazing form functions you get!

Not only is this helping them to meet their client where they are right in the moment, but it also helps to cut down on the back and forth you need to do before someone books. If they are able to access your calendar or bookings directly, you eliminate the need to be sending follow up emails and links to client after client.

These systems and integrations are also a great way to help keep everything organized on the back end and make sure that you are not double-booking or overbooking yourself. You will be able to set when and where you will be available and can even do things like automatically create Zoom links for meetings when someone books.

What this is doing is freeing up more time, space, and mental energy for you so that when you are showing up for your business, you are not overwhelmed, stressed, and less than your best.

Final Thoughts on CRMS and Schedulers on Your Website

As a business owner myself, I know firsthand that the more things we can systematize and automate in our business the better. This is not only going to create a more seamless client experience (which should always be your top priority), but it is going to clear up space on your plate and make it easier for you to show up when you need to.

Now, if you’re still looking for the perfect brand and website to go along with these integrations, I’d love to chat. You can click here to learn more about my brand and web design services or you can head over here to get in touch (hint hint, it’s my Dusbado form I talked about earlier!).
